Shipments are made daily, as long as the order is placed by 13:30. Otherwise, the shipment will be made on the next working day.
The products are packed in a paper box WITHOUT logos or the name of our company, only the name of the sender.
Our product returns are accepted ONLY if the product are not opened or if the product, when you open it, is problematic.
All our products are sealed and there is any case be opened by anyone or tested in any way.
Replace with same product:
The product has come poorly packaged.
It is the windshield, but shows abused by transportation.
The product has been opened from its packaging.
Replace with a different product:
The product is not out of the windshield and is not what you ordered.
The product is not out of the windshield, but looks different from what you ordered.
The product is not out of the jelly, and you do not like (wrong choice).
